Rent the whole house or rent individual rooms?

I'm new to airbnb and have a guest house that is 3 bedroom.  I have listed the whole house but wanted to also have the option to rent by the room for solo travelers.  Is there a way to do this?  I can't figure it out without creating 4 separate listing which will get confusing on the calendar tracking.   Am I missing something.

Yes you have to set up four individual listings and link them. @Sinde1  you can duplicate listings to save time and then edit accordingly.

If you look at the Airbnb Help Website you will find lots of FAQs around managing your listings on Airbnb

@Sinde1   You currently have one bedroom incorrectly listed as an Entire Home. The listing type must be changed immediately to Private Room.

It looks like you've already had some successful stays with your Entire Home rental, which is great! But I wouldn't recommend making all 3 bedrooms available to separate solo guests at once. A bunch of strangers sharing a kitchen and bathroom with no host on site to look after cleanliness and mediate conflicts will lead to abysmal reviews. A homestay without a host living on-site is an arrangement I've seen a few times - all of them in very nice homes, and all of them a total disaster as hospitality.

Thank you @Anonymous I live and work  on-site in the mansion.  But maybe I’ll just make two rooms available and see how it goes.
