Hello,
I’ve just listed my apartment again after a year long absence but it’s not showing up no matter how I search for it. Any suggestions are welcome!
thank you
And by just I mean almost two days ago...
I had a look at your place and you don't appear to have opened up your calendar - could that be the reason?
Thanks for having a look Patricia, I opened up the dates for the 13th til the 16th of march, which is when I’m away, but it doesn’t appear with or without a date selection. I have a minimum stay of 3 days set.
I am having the same problem. I just listed our place but it doesn't appear in any searches. How do you get in touch with Air bnb Support?
It seems your listing is online again @Veronica787!
Also, please note that we have a Dutch-speaking community in case you have any questions in the future :-). https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Community-Center-NL/ct-p/Community-Center-Dutch
Happy hosting!
Hallo Quincy! May I ask, do you have Dutch connections? I'm rather thinking about moving to the Netherlands* – do you know if it's a difficult language to learn?
*possibly a bit random! but, what can I say, nearly every Dutch person I've met, over many decades, has been at least likeable, and often loveable 🙂
(plus, I'm deeply disappointed about... the B-word)
Hoi @Patricia55!
I do have Dutch connections :-). Learning Dutch should be quite easy for you as the language sort of lays between English and German—I'm sure you'll catch up quickly! Also, a lot of people can understand and speak English quite well.
If you're interested, there's also a Facebook group "NIHB - Nederlanders in het buitenland" https://www.facebook.com/groups/dutchabroad/. Most people communicate in Dutch there but, most of them are expats living in different countries around the world. They are friendly, knowledgable, and very happy to answer any questions that you may have (you can also ask me questions if you want) :-).
Is there a specific place in the Netherlands you want to move to?
Dank je wel @Quincy ! Good to know – it always looks like it'd be difficult 😉
I have no particular place in mind – a friend of mine has started travelling there regularly for work, so I've asked her to check out places for me 🙂
I'm going to have a look at the Facebook group.
Thanks again!
Je bent erg aardig! (<-- courtesy of google translate, of course. I do hope it's not gibberish, lol)
