Increase Bookings Advice

Hello fellow hosts.  I am curious if there are any ways to drive more travelers to my site besides the obvious  (great photo, dynamic pricing, etc.)  We have an amazing home near Salento and Armenia International Airport.   We are Super Host with 5 Star ratings and no issues.  We are booked up in DEC but most months only about 30% booked.   Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
