I can see no reason why it would not be legit. It has over 200 reviews. What concerns you?

The host provided me with 2 different addresses for the location. I sent them a message asking to confirm which is the real address, they haven't responded. 

I'm worried about being scammed. Getting there and not having a place to stay.
