Just posted a listing . Appreciate your comments
Hi I have just published a listing. I am maybe a little premature as it is just complete and we have a few weeks finishing outside but i didn't want to miss Spring / Summer Bookings. I have blocked out until March 21st until I know everything is 100% complete and I will update photos as I go along.
Looking forward to hearing your comments

That is some announcement mate! It is great that you are getting a jump start on your Spring/Summer bookings. This is what I am reading on some other platforms as well like Tech to bard, where people recommend focusing on timing and use of the latest tech for such bookings and other stuffs. I amm sure your updates will make a huge difference once everything is ready. Let us see how it goes out!

@Orlagh1 Wow love it! Well done. Longtime superhost here and recommend adding art - vintage if you can find it and maybe some vintage decor pieces or furniture. I second the other host input like adding plants, layers, throws etc - you're at the fun stage now 🙂 Don't forget pics of amenities too like soaps, towels etc. Professional photos are great but you can also get by at first with your own. Take interior shots from waist height and brighten the exposure, a subtle filter is ok but nothing obvious and use the same filter for all interior shots. No wide angle shots. Guests love vignettes! Guests also love seeing how and where they'll make and drink their coffee and tea lol and more shots of the nearest things to do/attractions and quaint shops/restaurants on the closest high street - you can probably find some that are public domain. Tell them why you love the area so they can experience it like a local. Have fun and don't worry about not getting it perfect from the jump - you'll learn as you go! I'm bookmarking your listing - it's exactly the kind of place I love to stay.

Fortunately my condo is very energy efficient now that I installed a mini split.
