Lack of interest or property not showing up

I listed my place for the first time last year. It rented for 12 nights during Calgary Stampede. 

Never rented again after that.   So I didn't list it after Oct or thereabouts.

I have relisted it for rent this week. So far no response. I'm kind of miffed.

Previously you made your place available only for a highly popular event. 

I think you have to be a bit more patient as you only listed this week.

Have you checked demand and supply in your area for your sort of listing? Many areas are suffering from oversaturated markets coupled with falling demand because of the recession.

Are you marketing your listing through all relevant STR platforms and have you set yourself up to take direct bookings?

It's never wise to rely on one channel to market your business.
