I'm afraid not. The only thing customer service will offer is to have the review removed if the guest asks for it to be removed! But why would you want to have a good review removed?
To understand why they only gave you 4* in overall, you can send them a message asking them how you could have improved their stay?. They may come back to you and say it was meant to be a 5* but even then CS won't alter it. Frustrating all round.
So many guests consider a 4* rating as very good indeed not realising that for Airbnb it means that something was amiss. If only it was made clear that 5* overall means that the listing was as described, host was responsive, location was where it was pinned on the map etc, we could all relax a bit more.
