Lease agreement

My county requires a short term lease agreement with specific terms in order to obtain a vacation rental permit. Has anybody had a similar experience and can direct me to a site they used to write up their short term lease agreement. Or potentially even share the lease agreement they have in place.

You can't really use someone else's lease agreement as the law is different in each area @RustyandAngela0 

But why not post on your local host group as they will have had to comply with the legislation and could point to a website where you could buy a template lease.
