You can contact Airbnb support from your booking reservation, or from the app under your reservation or the Airbnb website when you are logged into your account. 

Here are numbers I have for support. It may vary depending on the country you are in. I am guessing general support or urgent support should be relevant for any country though.

I think if you call the bottom two they are 24/7 world wide. The best and easiest way is to contact them when you are logged in under your profile and tap the support button. It’s faster to call them to message them I’ve found. You can message and they will usually try to call you within 10min but 2 different times they didn’t call or respond in 24 hours as it was a non urgent situation.
