Leavenworth in WA state has no short term rental policy

There is an ordinance passed in 2017 to not allow short term rentals in the city limits of Leavenworth. But if the primary owner lives on the property they can rent it out as Bed and Breakdast.

I am reaching out to ask - if there is a way to still list it as Airbnb rental, under a business license and pay business taxes to the city?

You would need to ask your city government @Parvin18 I can't see why it would make any difference ?

in most countries you should be paying business rates if you run an STR business anyway .

how were you able to host previously if you say your area had an outright ban on STRs since 2017?
