I listed it as 4/20 friendly, have not had a reservation since.

@Natalie1160 I was reading the reviews of a host who was 420 friendly. At least 5 reviews suggested the host was permanently stoned. As a result I can see why being 420 friendly might actually put some guests off rather than attract more guests.

It really depends on what sort of guests you want to attract. It will put some guests off who will be concerned about the smell of cannabis at your listings and will attract those who want to smoke @Natalie1160
