I've just been advised my listing has been paused due to star rating dropped below 3.5.
I'm assuming this is a software error as it's actually 4.8 and I'm a super host........................
It also hasn't been used in at least 5 weeks so reviews couldn't have been added in the last few days so makes absolutely zero sense.
Appeal link does not work either
Please help?

@Joy193 Is the listing actually paused? The whole message might be an error or even spam. Have you tried calling airbnb? If you can not get through, message them through social media
I just checked and I can see two listings, one with 49 reviews and no open dates. Is that the one being paused? The second one is new and has availability

There is a software glitch that created a similar problem for me. I eventually got it sorted (I suspect because I posted on here about it and the CC moderators contacted CS), but I initially got the complete runaround by CS telling me that I either couldn't do maths or couldn't read properly?!
I have a First and a Distinction. That doesn't mean I don't make mistakes, but they tried to make out that I was an idiot. Turns out, it was actually their mistake.
It and another issue have been resolved. I suspect by this wonderful community a lady called Siena and her supervisor. Thank you so much...................................
