Listing search query advice for number of guests

My listing has capacity for 12 people, but my listing only shows up for searches of 5 guests or more.  My preference is smaller groups. How do I get my listing to show up for 2-4 guests?

@Emily2384 create a second listing with perhaps fewer bedrooms and a lower guest count. link the calendars to avoid double booking
