Listing suspended over false accusation

Well it has happened to me! My first guest complaint and a big one! Had a guest complain about privacy invasion and next thing I know I get a message stating my account is suspended. Aside from the account being suspended what was more upsetting is while they were in the process of this they notified me way after the fact (over a week) and I was actively trying to book a stay but couldn't see prices. I was on the phone with ABB stating there is some kind of glitch because I can't see prices and book and they didn't even tell me the account was suspended! Long story short, guest smoked, got caught and retaliated by saying I invaded her privacy. Although my listing clearly states the place is monitored. ABB not only then suspended me as a host and guest! What does a host complaint have to do with me as a guest, they said because the account is one in the same, so now I need to have a guest account in case this happens again. Fortunately they reinstated my accounts roughly 24hours after getting my response so not the days and weeks I've seen on previous posts but still upsetting to give a guest that much power, especially when they could see just from our message threads she was lying....so no one final process of addressing the review she left since it violates ABB policy. She list tons of complaints yet messaged me about how happy she was with the unit, until the violation of course and learning she has to pay a fee! Is there a policy to rent to only a certain age groups as this just screams immaturity! I know immaturity knows no age but it is definitely more present in less developed brains and the brain is still developing even after the teenage years.
