Listing to be suspended

Hi!

 

My Airbnb listing has been suspended, and I submitted an appeal as instructed. I received a message stating that someone would contact me with the next steps and that it could take up to 7 days. However, it's been longer than 7 days, and I still haven't heard back. I'm concerned about the possibility of my listing being removed from the platform. Has anyone experienced this before or know what steps I should take?

Your listings do appear to be back on line which is good news.

 

it appears they suspended your profile because one of your listing had an average 4.62 rating . Airbnb sees a 4.6 rating as poor and will suspend listings that have lower ratings.

 

it's probably worth going through your reviews and looking at how you can address some of the issues around cleanliness and quality of amenities that guests mention in their reviews to help improve your ratings .
