Listings Suspended

Dear community,

Im a Superhost, My 5 listings had been suspended without any notice, reason, resolution given at all. CS was of no help, tickets getting closed, only answer - specialised team will reach out. But no one did. 9 days now! 
   The guest refused to check in after he saw the property, liked it, but said its over his budget. I tried to work out lower price he asked but he changed his mind, taking it even lower. Than threatened to complain on me to Airbnb to delist me. His mom said to him on a ph, “just leave, I’ll dispute on my CC”.    
       They complained, Airbnb said I acted within my cancellation policy & don’t have to grant refund. So I didn’t. 3 days later all my listings were suspended. I learned for safety issue but no info as to what issue & guest never raised that concern. It’s a total LIE! I know Nothing wrong with apt. I sent to CS guest’s texts asking to cancel reservation as it’s out of his budget. I’m devastated! Airbnb crucifies hosts. Can anyone pls help or give advise? Greatly appreciated

All our listings in different locations were suspended due to guest complain. Eventually listings were resumed after about two weeks.
