Listings Suspended

My listings have been suspended although I'm a super host.

I keep calling and their telling me a specialist will contact me and no one has called me back. Please help what do I do?!!!! I'm missing out on bookings, and this is so unprofessional and stressful.

I went above and beyond for my previous guests, and one complained, I guess after i asked for reimbursement on broken items
Now if there was as issue why would she say in the review that she will come back.

 I keep calling and chatting, and the ambassadors keep closing the case without resolving the issues. Please help! This is peak time for booking so I am able to pay off my loan for setting up the listings. I will be grateful to resolve this problem.

I’ve also been suspended on one listing and I also don’t get any real answers. I hope you do.

Hi @Lissette72 @Supreet5 , Since you posted a while ago, I wanted to check in to see if you were still looking for support with the listings.

From your host profiles, the listings appear to be active and available for users to view. Was the issue resolved for both of you?

Hi @Bhumika , thanks for following up. Yes, my listing is up. Thanks a lot.

But I still haven't been paid for the damages. 

I tried to reopen the case but it won't let me. 

How do I handle this. 

This guest broke a lot of items in the house. 

And I was traveling so couldn't reply to follow up questions from air cover but I did tell them I am traveling n will reply asap with details

Please can you guide what to do in this case 

I would really like to be re imbursed for the damages.
