Love to get feedback/suggestions on improving our listings

As of late VRBO has been really been outpacing Airbnb and I was curious what I could to do improve our standing with the Airbnb algorithm.

@Preben1 My view is that other than pricing higher on VRBO to lose business there is little you can do. I am convinced that a key element of the Airbnb algorithm is bookings - As such unless you trash your VRBO bookings to up availability on Airbnb there is little to be done. I am wondering though why you care? If you are getting booked by VRBO in preference to Airbnb does it really matter?
