Managing mulitple properties for different owners

Hi

My question:

What is the best way to take over management of properties with existing Airbnb listing

Context:

I currently manage a number of my own properties under Airbnb accounts of which I am the account admin/owner. 

I now need to manage property owned and already listed on Airbnb by other people.

What is the best way to do this:

A - Use the property owner's existing Airbnb account and become a Team Member (which full privileges)

B - Use the property owner's existing Airbnb account and become a co-host of their listing

C- Re-list their properties under my own Airbnb account

I also need to consider what happens

- when the hosting agreement ends and the owner wants to take back control

- if a property changes ownership

@Chris17274 Option B is best - You sound very fair as many managers take on/create listings and then the owner loses all the good will when they change management company or manage it themselves.

Personally I want to take full control over a property which I have done in the past, I had another Airbnb account where I had other peoples property on, If they want to stop or sell then I just delist it,

We had owners who didnt even live here so I control the money and if any maintenance or anything needed doing I just do,
