You can not set up one listing with multiple inventory on the Airbnb Platform. Other platforms you can but not Airbnb.
Airbnb Platform though it does have commercial business Hosts, primarily markets as a platform that allows Guests to choose non commercial rentals. So listings on the platform are not presented as a commercial hotel room, What you might do is figure out your average market per month. Then yes, you would have to have separate listings but maybe 10 rooms not 100 rooms.
Hello @Pranoyo0
In my opinion, Airbnb is not designed to manage room topologies like a hotel but rather individual listings, as you have set up now.
You can use channel managers—there are plenty of options available that can handle this. However, be aware of two very important issues.
Once you connect a third-party channel manager, your pricing structure changes from the split-fee method to the simplified fee model, meaning you pay a fixed rate to Airbnb. As a result, your prices will be 15% higher than the market rate. Some hosts realize this too late and try to disconnect.
The second problem is that, as far as I remember from when I last checked, this change is not always reversible in every country. In the U.S., it is reversible, but in Europe, I don’t think so, and in Asia, I’m not sure—you’ll need to check.
These two reasons explain why I don’t use any channel manager, even if it were free, unless I were in the U.S., which I am not.
One option for you is to create your own website for marketing and reservations and simply link it to Airbnb using iCal export. That won’t affect pricing, but keep in mind that syncing is not instant, so there is a small risk of double bookings.
I hope this help
