Minut noise detection device

Good evening folks, my name is Mike and I am a host in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I am wondering if anyone else in the Ft Lauderdale /Broward County area Is familiar with the Minut detection device. This is the option that the office chose to go with and we’re having issues connecting to the system. And support, Phone, email, smoke signals is pretty much nonexistent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
