Hi guys, I just listed my new townhome in Scottsdale, AZ

please let me know what you think that I did wrong.

Hello @Elisa3829
Your place is gorgeous😍 and here are a few suggestions:
==>Make sure that the first five pictures show at a glance the best features for your place. Is there any way that you can pan out to show your great kitchen that seems to open out onto the lounge area for example?
==>Now that you're listed, you can go back onto your listing and you'll find new headings that you can complete to describe your place with no word restrictions this time.
==>Kitchen - I wouldn't show the stove with the saucepans (don't get me wrong, they're really important but not very sexy in a photo) especially as you can list them by checking them off the list in the list of amenities provided for that room. You've done that for all the rooms except for the kitchen it seems
==>From the photos, it looks like the main bedroom (1) has an ensuite but it's not listed as such. If you go into that room, under the photos you'll see Privacy info (add details) and push the button to show that the bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The pictures will then have more sense😉
==>You say in the small description and in the title that you offer a rooftop 💥 wow! but couldn't see any photos of this fabulous feature!! Airbnb have actually created a room called Rooftop so you really should create this extra "room" using the + sign when you are on the Photo tour. This is a real highlight and should feature in your top 5 pictures I think.
==>Is your minimum a 1 night stay for a 3 bed? Is that the norm for your area as the cleaning cost is high and you want to avoid guests coming to have a party - easier to do when the minimum is just one night. Hope you have set out clearly your house rules on your listing too?
Well that's it for now and I think you've done a great job and have a listing that you can be proud of. If you are need of any extra tips on all sorts of matters, take a look at the many Host guides that you'll find here on the CC by clicking on your photo profil top right and scrolling down to the guides.
Hope this has been helpful and come back if you have any questions - always nerve wracking when we start out🤗
All the best
