Hello! I only rent for a minimum of 30 days but my listing does not appear when I search "monthly listings". Any advice? Thank you!
Did you just go live and publish the listing? It can take up to 72hours for a new listing to appear and it looks like you don't have any reviews? Airbnb builds in a delay so Hosts can finish completing the listing. Lots of additional information that needs to be added after publishing. Keep in mind if you are only doing monthly stays to avoid the STR regulations for Portland, guests will only see your listing if searching for 30 nights:

Don't forget to:
- Click every card/square on the left side of the listing editor and complete all the sections that appear on the right side
- In Amenities, Click ALL at the top to see all that are available. Add the addl edits indicated by the pencil icons
-Add your Addl House Rules
- Add Your Cleaning Fee
- Don't forget all the sections under Arrival Guide
- Add Your Cancellation Policy
...and the list goes on 😊
Hi @Jessica4188
I searched for West End, 1 February to 3 March, 3 guests. Your listing came up in the middle of the first page (6th position). I don't know how to do a search for "monthly listings" (it doesn't seem to be a filter??), which is why I rather put in dates longer than 30 days.
At the moment someone won't be able to book the month of February at your place, because it won't get them to the 30-day minimum stay.
You can search by months using the "wheel" but most guests don't do that; they usually just enter dates:
Great catch, thanks!
Hi @Jessica4188 😊,
Thank you for asking this question here, and thanks to everyone for helping her!
Did any of the answers below help you resolve the issue?
If so, it's always a lovely gesture to mark it as the "Top Answer".
It's like a big virtual hug to the member who supported you but also to support other Hosts who may have similar questions in the future. 😊
Warm regards🌻,
