More insights on how to make the place look better

Hi there,

I’m new to Hosting and I would love to get to know how I can make my posting stand out. And also advice on hosting short term and long term guests. Is it easier/convenient to have 1 month long guests as opposed to 10 day - guests? As I am also working currently.
