Multiple Listings

I was reviewing my competition and saw that one house has 3 whole house listings even using the same photos for the same exact property for different price points. There was seriously no difference except the price points. Is this allowed? I use Guesty For Hosts, so I could create a listing that says Dog Friendly booking and bundle in the pet fee and another targeting something else? 

This seems very shady to me.

What's shady? I gave it up bc it was too much work, but once upon a time I had two listings for my one space. One listing: priced lower, required good reviews, request to book, and had a 2 guest max. Second listing: priced higher, IB, 6 guest max. 

Likely those different prices, also have different amenities. Nothing shady about that.
