My Listing price is higher than the base price I set

How do I have my listing price reflect the base price I set internally.  Future prospects see a much higher price than I set.

Hello @Aubrey-And-Alex0

In Europe it's mandatory to show the total price of a listing which is a good thing in my mind since it seems pointless and frustrating to view a listing that ends up not in your budget once you've factored in the cost of cleaning, Airbnb commission and any other add ons.

Airbnb is now extending this feature for pretty much all destinations according to the link below but it would seem that for some countries the guest can opt in for the "all in" price or just the nightly price.

Your nightly rate is clearly shown in the breakdown that appears on your listing page once the guest has clicked on your listing so everything is quite transparent.
