My booking rate is dropping..

Hello everyone.

Almost 2 weeks ago, I posted my new listing on Airbnb with a competitive price and a 20% discount on the first three bookings to increase visibility. There have been 200 views and 3 bookings, but I've noticed my booking/conversion rate starting to decline (currently at 1.5%). I would be very grateful for any advice on how to make my place more attractive and marketable to different target audiences. Thank you!
