My listing was unlisted'

My listing was unlisted 

the reason was guest was hosting an event and i figured it our by when i check public cams 

my listing was for 4 people and she was having 10 pax on the property and having an event 

and when I complained about this she understood the mistake and she apologized and it was all sorted I 

have told this to airbnb with evidence 

but later my listing was unlisted 

un expectedly

@Don5601 Sadly this is a standard Airbnb response. Your listing will be suspended if YOU report a party. Its absolute madness and makes no sense if Airbnb really want to stop parties but that's Airbnb for you.

How can i get my listing back ?

Sorry to hear about your predicament. It almost seems as if there are rules and the "THE RULES" which one learns from experience like @Mike-And-Jane0.

I hope it works out for you. I would call again from what you are describing it just doesn't seem the actions AirBnB took were justified.

I have done none wrong 
All cams are public outside 

And they were bringing 5 extra people in having an event 
I saw and i complained to airbnb 

I have clearly mentioned no events allowed 

Still guests appolagized and understood this situation 
But what is now ??
Unlisted ??

I feel very helpless im a superhost and it is my best listing 

I have done nothing wrong

Possibly does calling back repeatedly to AirBnB support and hope you get a great understanding representative to help?

Just a thought as it has worked for me until I get the right response I need (not with AirBnB though other customer service issues)?

Hi @Don5601 .I've encountered the same problem as you. It's been a week. I've tried various channels to contact bnb but no response . I think this approach is very unreasonable. I've submitted videos twice as evidence. There's no one in their so-called special department. Contacting me makes me wonder if it is an AI. Currently, all I can do is wait and watch my business disappear! !

I have called them and followed up the thread on my inbox as well 

10-12 hours later I got the help and I have done  what they asked and it was back again listed .

just try calling them and asked to put your case to right authority

for sure they will help
