My listings have been suspended

I had a female guest from **, together with her 7-year old daughter. I don't know what kind of safety issues that she had reported to airbnb, but my airbnb all my airbnb listings have been suspended. I have contacted to airbnb over the phone and messages, but it seems that I am fighting in the air -- nobody has contacted me. Each time when I speak to them over the phone, they are sweet enough but my problems have never been touched. I have no idea how long my listing will be suspended. I am really frustrated.

It is best to keep trying to reach out to Airbnb.  In my experience, this can often be due to safety issues or cameras that are not disclosed in the appropriate sections.  Sometimes also if neighbors complain to trust and safety about noise.  Do you think any of these could be the cause?

Thank you very much for your reply. We are definitely innocent, the mother reported us saying her daughter was unsafe here. You are right. It was a false report. We are told that this is in the investigation, but we have never heard anything from Airbnb. Thank you for your support. 

This is to those who concern this case. After having had a conversation with  a member from SPECIALIZED TEAM on Friday, I have not heard anything from Airbnb. We are really frustrated 😔. Thank you again for the community,at least, I can talk to you. Best wishes
