My listings have been temporarily deactivated, how can I reactivate them?

I got a message from AirBnB, quoted below.  There is a "Reactivate"button below that message, but that link didn't take me to any place to reactivate my listings, nor did it send me to an instruction page as to how to reactivate my listings.

That button sent me to an AirBnB URL  "..... deactivated" page.  But that page doesn't exist.  I checked both Deactivated and Reactivated sub-domain pages, they don't exist anymore.  So, I wonder if there are other pages I should go to get my listings reactivated?  Or is there any way to contact their customer service for help?

Could anyone help me with this?

Thank you very much in advance.

"Because you responded to fewer than 50% of your recent booking requests and inquiries within 24 hours, all of your listings have been temporarily deactivated. They’ve been removed from search results and you won't be able to accept new reservations. In the meantime, you’re still responsible for any upcoming reservations. You can reactivate your listings and resume hosting after learning more about Airbnb’s hosting standards related to responsiveness."

@Carol70 go into your listing and see if you can just switch it back on in the pricing and availability section. If not then the email suggests you need to learn more about Airbnb standards first.

OK, thank you.

As it says in the messages your listings have been deactivated because you've responded to less than 50% on booking requests and inquiries. @Carol70

Is this correct?

Yes, that's correct.

Since the message (not email) said it is temporary, and it has a "Reactivate" button, I assumed I have to do something to reactivate it.

Just not sure what.

Thanks.

Why are you not responding to booking requests and inquiries @Carol70

I used my G Suite email before.  Later I cancelled it.  I forgot to change my email in AirBnB, so I had problem logging back into AirBnB.   It took me a while to reply.

I wasn't familiar with the procedures here, because I only rented at most 1 week a year when I didn't use my timeshare.
