Hello Azadeh!

What a beautiful place you have!  I know Laguna Beach very well, it's a wonderful spot!

I have a few small suggestions to improve your listing:

Photos:  (just a few small things)

I would remove the photos that are duplicates.  

Personally, I would retake photos in the bathroom room and one of the bedrooms.  

The photos with towels hanging on hooks in the bathroom gives me the impression that the towels have been used and not freshly washed.  I would fold the towels and place them on the counter.  As for the bedroom photo, the throw blanket looks like a towel, maybe straighten it so it really looks like a bed throw.

Listing description: 

I would add a lot more details. Tell us and provide details about the location, the whole condo, the living room, bedroom, and proximity to the beach.     Your place is really wonderful with lots of amenities , and I think the potential guests would enjoy reading about it!

Again, you have a beautiful property. Wishing you continued success.
