NYC registration for short term rental not working

Ive seen threads on this topic but no resolution or clear instructions. Any tips? 

I cannot rent my place for short term rent even after I registered on New York City website and received OSE number.  Im now in an ongoing loop getting passed around by off shore ABNB customer service who are not helpful or escalating. 

When I typed in the OSE number OSE-STRAPP-xxxxxxx in airbnb 'Add your registration number' page, they did not take it or say its a formatting issue.

So sorry we are only now seeing this. I hope that you have it solved. In the event that you don't, please email ensure you have the exact address on airbnb as it appears on your registration application.  When we had this same issue, that was what OSE had told us. We got it fixed . Since the city also erred at times, there could be an issue on their side, so also reach out to them.

Hi @Mohamed-Fazal-Abid0 @Paul11652  - I'm having the same issue with Airbnb telling me that the address on my registration is not identical to what they have in their system. Can you tell me which email address at OSE you used or any other tips on how you resolved this with OSE or Airbnb?Thank you for any help you can lend!
