I assume you are referring to the Airbnb Guest Dashboard, and I've had this issue before as well. When I search on a device that is recognized as belonging to me, my listing shows up first, or at least very high in the rankings. When I search on a device that is not mine, or when I my IP address is privacy protected (using a VPN), I often can't find my listing at all. I've spent time with Airbnb support to understand this more deeply fearing my property is not being displayed in the search rankings as I expect. On one occasion a support agent actually took the time and effort to log on with a VP and they were able to experience what I was experiencing. They promised to dig in to learn more and later I received the standard response via support email sharing viewing stats and rankings and saying everything was working as it should be. Honestly Ive given up trying to understand how the Airbnb search rankings work and believe their customer support folks don't know much more if anything about the intricacies of the search function than I do. I work to create more bookings in some direct and recommended ways like offering promotional discounts and refreshing my pricing and listing info on a regular basis. It seems to work. I generally see a boost in my listing activity after doing this.
