Need more bookings

Hi there is there any advice that would be helpful to get more bookings.

@Gwendolyn55 I fear patience is the best advice. Yes you must be priced correctly but the glut of short term rental accommodation (Our area is up 35% on last year) means there are just not enough guests to go around. Many hosts will give up so next year will likely be much better!
