Well hello @Kathryn777

What makes you think it's a fake?  It has great and recent reviews, it's been verified by Airbnb.

It's always a good idea to send a nice message to a host to introduce yourself and tell them a little of your plans and ask them any questions by using the "Contact host" available.  This is an enquiry and the host has 24 hours to reply to you and your credit card is not debited. The way they reply should allay any fears you might have and then you can book if you are happy.

All the best
Joëlle

Why do you feel a long established host with great reviews for their accommodation is fake. @Kathryn777

in your position as a completely new guest I would be more worried that the host won't want to accept a booking from you as a be guest for a Spring Break booking as they  may be worried you will party .

Hi @Kathryn777 😊

It's always a good idea to double-check with other hosts when you have doubts!

Could you tell us more about why you think this might be fake?

Joelle also shared some great advice, did you get a chance to contact that host?

Warm regards ‌🌻‌,
