Need to close all bookings after May 20th

Hey I'm going to take this off of Airbnb after May 20th as my son is moving into the home. How do I update this ? Also how do I make sure that guests are pre approved?

Change your Booking Settings to Request to Book instead of Instant Book:

Then I suggest changing your Calendar Availability to Unavailable by Default so the rolling calendar doesn't continue to open up dates (this will not affect any current reservations). I would then unblock only those dates you want open between now and May.  Once May passes you can Unlist but I would NOT permanently delete the listing as you won't have access to financial information you'll need. By unlisting you will not appear in guest search results at all. If you decide to reactivate the listing, everything will still be there.
