New Host listing(philippines)

Hello i am new here, i got 4 confirm bookings on my first week, but i dont get any booking or inquiry for next week.

Any suggestion how to optimized or boosr my bookings?? Does my pricing are fair enough? O too high?

What a nice place you have!

I would suggest the following: 

Be patient, you have just started listing.  As you are getting started, there will be weeks of bookings, and then some weeks of no bookings. 

I would suggest a few ideas: 

Maybe change your headline.  If you aren't from the area, you won't understand the Venice Canal. 

Maybe: "Comfortable Private Studio - near XYZ"

I would also suggest telling a story with your description.  Tell us a bit more about your place, why it is a perfect spot, what is nearby, and what makes it stand out>

Again, you have a very nice place, and will have success in the months and years to come.

Your place looks very nice. You are doing well, be patient. 
I am unable to comment on the pricing though the AirBnB platform lets you see what other are asking.
Try instant & try not using it.

Use of  social media & even building a web site has helped other

Do you have a host support group? Join if you do, great support system

Another thing to consider it’s towards the end of traveling/holiday season as the major holidays are coming up soon
