New listing promotion

Hi. I listed my property on several platforms including airbnb a year ago. I use a channel manager called Nightsbridge. 99% of my bookings in the past year have come via one other platform and absolutely none via Airbnb. I started checking my Airbnb listing a few months back and found so many errors and glitches which I managed to get fixed with the help of airbnb support and nightsbridge support. I am now trying to add a new listing promotion on Airbnb but cannot enable this feature. My channel manager says this must be fixed on the Airbnb side. I have queried this with Airbnb and haven't had a response as yet. Would anyone here be able to advise me. 

I used to have another property listed with Airbnb only for seven years.
