No Bookings YET!

I would love some feedback on this listing as it has been open since 28th Feb but hasn't had any interest. I can't reduce the price any further and not open the calendar any further, so I would like advice about what else I can do to get bookings at this stage.

It's a real problem that you can't open the calendar more, as presently there really aren't many available nights for the search engine to work with.

Perhaps do away with the 2-night minimum if you can, and make sure you've ticked all available amenities (in general, make sure your listing is as complete as possible). Also, your cancellation policy is very strict - free cancellation would help a lot to make your listing more visible. You need to find as many things as possible that will give you a boost in search results:
