I always have been pretty busy with renters but lately it has been so slow. No one for months. I’ve lowered the rent even. I’m a superhost

Thank you for getting back to me with some great suggestions. I’ve already changed my title to what you suggested. I’m doing weekday promotional tonight stays and a higher rate on weekends all tonight minimum decided to keep it that way everything is updated so we’ll see as of now, I’m on page 5. I used to be on page one so hopefully Someone goes to page 5 to browse and I get some bites. Thank you
Wow...luv your place in the trees!
Unfortunately, this is a vicious cycle...the longer you go without a booking, the more the algorithm sees your listing as "not popular" and pushes you further down in the search rank algorithm. Some ideas:
Availability
One of the key factors for the algorithm is availability. Your 3night min stay is hurting you. The more available, the higher the search rank and the more often you will appear in guest searches. I would reduce the min stay to 2nights short term to get some bookings mid-week...keep your weekends 3nights. You can gradually increase back to 3nights after getting a few bookings.
Title
I change up the Title. Something like
Coastal Retreat in the Redwoods!
Lower Price Using Custom Promotions
Lower price is also an important factor to get higher in search results. Use Airbnb Custom Promotions to get (4) free benefits and more eyes on the listing. You might need to take some short term "pain" by lowering your price below competitors for a short time to get some bookings. You can gradually raise the price as bookings improve.

Update the Listing
There have been several software updates and changes to the platform since last year and I see some areas where you are missing information. I suggest going to the Listing Editor and clicking each square on the left and make sure all the information on the right panel has been completed. For example, Airbnb added commercial photography allowed to House Rules and some of your amenities are missing the little pencil icon edits. Click the (+) sign at the top of the amenities list then ALL. For example, for parking, there is an pencil icon to indicate the number of spaces. Do you have a Washer/Dryer guests can access? A washer/dryer is important for attracting larger groups and longer stays.
Remove Clutter & Candles
The listing appears a bit cluttered and cramped. I would NOT use candles with flames in a high fire danger area - too risky. Instead, use LED candles that provide the ambiance without live flames.
Professional Photos
I strongly suggest you get professional photos done (after decluttering). These will pay for themselves quickly in increased bookings and can be written off as a business expense in most cases. Your current photos are tilted, dark and blurry and don't do justice to your beautiful property.
Cover Photo
Your cover photo isn't very good (sorry, just being honest here). It's tilted and not sure what all the long wooden sticks are covering the window? What makes you place unique is the outdoor setting with the deck and patio areas in the trees. I would change your cover photo to one of these until you can get your professional photos done:

Just did a search and you are back on page 1 in the 12th position! Yay! 😊
I did a midweek 2night stay search in April.
@Joan2709 Great. I only did the first two midweek weeks with discount to see if I get a bite. To much work putting in all midweek dates. Lol
