When I am checking what my guest has paid it is showing as a total price then in the breakdown looks like it has just divided it by the number of nights? Also on the calendar the prices are not matching what the guest is paying?

You need to provide a screen shot to be able to answer the question.

As you are on "host-only fee" structure, your payout is decreased by the host only fee. (15% ?)

What a guest will be paying is shown in the price calculator (ipart of the calender).

But as you do not offer discounts, are on host-only fee, no taxes are applied and no cleaning fee is charged, it is just the price per night. But as prices per night vary, it seems to me you have  "Smart Pricing" activated. Then a confirmed booking will indeed show the total price divided by number of nights, as the "smart prices" per night are not remembered.
