This false account under the name S****a from London is spamming me every few days, asking for a video call for all my properties. You can imagine how many times I have already reported this user.
I am sure that whether this is a person or a bot, they are making countless attempts per day to contact numerous hosts.
How difficult would it be for Airbnb to write a simple two-line code that says:
IF user is new AND makes more than 1 inquiry a day AND uses keywords like "CHAT", "VIDEO", or "CALL"
THEN delete all messages and block user .
This is really annoying. I get a text message from Airbnb saying, "You could earn xxxx.xxx," and then I open the app only to find the usual spam.
