Hi @Gabriela1796! If you're listing a place on Airbnb and using other platforms such as Booking.com, you can sync your calendars to avoid double bookings. Basically, Airbnb lets you export your calendar to other sites and import calendars from different platforms. You just grab the Airbnb calendar link from the "Availability" settings and paste it into the other platform. If you need to bring in an external calendar, you just copy its link (make sure it’s a .ics file), go back to Airbnb, and add it under "Calendar import." This way, your availability updates automatically across different platforms, so you don’t have to worry about manually blocking dates.
Just a heads-up, Airbnb refreshes imported calendars every two hours, but if you need an update sooner, you can manually refresh it in the settings. One thing to watch out for—Airbnb will block dates based on its bookings, but some external platforms might not always sync their blocked dates back to Airbnb. So, it’s a good idea to double-check everything now and then to make sure your availability is accurate. It’s a simple setup, but it’ll save you a lot of headaches!
