Most Hosts charge $50-$100 per stay. If you check any hotel, most charge $75 per pet/per night. Airbnb has the pet fee set per stay, not per pet or per night. Many Hosts don't find that acceptable, as the guest stay can be much more than a few nights and the per stay pet fee doesn't cover multiple pets or the extra work involved. These Hosts set a pet fee and add to their Listing Description and House Rules what the pet fee will be per pet/night and make arrangements for payment via the resolution center prior to check-in
I highly suggest you add some Pet Rules to your Addl House Rules. Otherwise you will find guests showing up with some pretty unusual "pets". One Host had a guest arrive with a pet chicken and the chicken defecated all over the inside of the listing. Many Hosts restricts pets to adult dogs only (no puppies), require the dog to be house broken, and dog may not be left alone inside the listing. Some allow the dog to be left alone, but in a crate only. Many Hosts do not accept cats due to scratching and spraying issues. Be aware that some guests will NOT book your properties even if thoroughly cleaned due to allergies to pet dander.
Type Pet Rules in the "search the community" box and you get alot of information on Pet Rules and you can decide what will work for you. Having no Pet Rules though is a bit risky.
