Namaste to this wonderful community!
I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on my Airbnb Experience listing. How can I improve it to make it more engaging and effective? With the holiday season fast approaching, I want to ensure my walking tour is presented in the best and easiest way possible for potential guests.
So far, hosting has been an incredible journey, but I’ve noticed a dip in my booking rate compared to last season, which was fantastic. This year, however, hasn’t been as promising, and I’m trying to figure out why.
I’d truly appreciate your insights on how to enhance my page and attract more guests. Any advice, suggestions, or tips would mean the world to me. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Hi @Shristi2 😊
Thank you for asking this question in the community center!
Is this your first experience? How did you come up with this idea?
It sounds amazing! 😍
I’m mentioning a few experienced hosts who can better advise you: @Patricia2526, @Karen114, @John7474, @Karen1, @Amy3326 and @Livia120.
Thank you in advance, everyone!
Warm regards 🌻,

@Shristi2 the walking tour looks wonderful and engaging. You have great reviews. I don’t have any suggestions for you. Just keep doing what you are doing.
Love the photo of you speaking under the domed structure and the walking video. Looks wonderful. Makes me want to visit you. Can't think of anything to critique!
Greetings Shristi2.
It is a wonderful page. I'm wondering how you embedded the video into the posting. Please let me know.
As for the pictures.
More pictures will help.
More pictures of you explaining as you tour with groups will help also.
The background should also stand out. So, before you post a picture, make sure your background is beautiful. People know some places in India are not so pristine, but they would want to see the pristine background. Historical sites are strong.
Make sure the photographer is taking tons of pictures. You may only use a few.
The picture under the dome and you walking with the royal blue blouse is wonderful, just like other people mentioned. The last photo is too blurry. Never post a blurry picture.
All businesses take a dip, but they rise again for those who are open to innovations.
All the Best,
Omziel
I have same issue but i have solve my problem
Kia ora Shristi, your tour sounds amazing. It seems your listing doesn't need a lot of tweaking as you've already had success as a guide. I don't provide activities but I do live in a tourism destination and the consensus here would seem to be that the cost of living crisis that many global economies have been experiencing, after a post Covid bounce, have reduced peoples' travel budgets and plans. That said, things have improved and so 2025/26 will be better especially if you're relying on those international travelers.
With regards your listing, I'd agree with those in this thread about the images - # 6 or 16 should be first (BTW they are duplicates!). My first "show all" image was the video which led to a TikTok "swipe" reaction because I wasn't ready for it - maybe it should be later?! Also, most browsers will default to mute so it's doubly confusing without a title page or something. The 2nd image is too small in full view mode and the clients a little disengaged (unlike image 4!) but the others have lots of fantastic smiling faces with you in the middle. I don't know what phone you're using but Android ones have a default Photo app with lots of simple ways to enhance your images and make them pop if you need.
As an English language teacher semi-forced into retirement by AI, I'd also suggest one of the two most popular, and free, AIs to review your "What you'll do" section. I like the flexibility you're signaling with "how about..." questions but, initially, your guests may want you to "think for all of them" and just list what's usually going to happen. Then add optionals for flexibility. Also, love the weirdly-weird motif and think maybe it should/could lead.
I have a couple more English language/image suggestions that may be better addressed in another channel if you've time but otherwise, hang in there for the next wave seeking the weirdly weird of Jaipur.
