Hi, Does anyone have info on the pocono area in PA? Is this a good area for airbnb? Any success?

Hi Christian just joined the forum. sometimes it helps if you are near attractions.  Not sure what part of the poconos.   I'm also in the poconos.   My slot is near to the delaware water gap, skiing and lots of hiking.  I have been doing it for a couple if years now and it's not bad.

Hi, just wondering how you manage the regulation that a point of contact needs to be nearby? I think it is 30-60 minutes drive from the rental property. Do you find that a management company suffices to fill this requirement? We are also located in NY
