Hy, how cand i get an invoice from airbnb for the amount of money that they send me ?
Hi @Rebecca ,
I'm handling 8 listings now, and only one of them has quiet hours since the rest are outside the city.
Yes, it's clearly stated in the listing the quiet hours (9Pm - 6Am) so that our guests will be aware of this factor before making a reservation.
Outside of the city, it's a different story because I'm handling the listing in Ecuador and Philippines. We love the party and noisy evenings hahah.
Cheers!
@Andres644 Wow, managing 8 listings is quite the feat! It sounds like you’ve got a good handle on the quiet hours for your city listing.. it's always great when guests know what to expect upfront.
Hi @Rebecca ,
Thanks for your reply. 🙂
Yes, mostly because in province, the vibe is different, life is vibrant and people tend to enjoy parties and music until late at night so if I tried to add quiet hours in these listings, our guests would feel odd.
No worries! Thank you for coming back to respond too!
Do you notice much difference between local guests and travellers from out of town when it comes to how they handle the late-night vibe?
Yes, I have quiet hours in the listing but where my unit is, there hasn't been any issues with it. The community facilities aren't open super late and much of the action isn't in the neighborhood. The unit max is 6 so typically people are coming in from the town and winding down anyway.
That sounds like a great setup @Andrea7489! It's nice that your unit is in a quieter area; it must make for a more relaxed atmosphere for your guests.
With the unit's max capacity being 6, do you find that most guests are respectful of the quiet hours?
HI... REBECA hope your doing great , we little bit quiet due to some issues but we are still together ; airb BNB is our best choice
Hello @BigPicture0
I'm glad to hear you're hanging in there despite the challenges. It’s great that Airbnb has been a good choice for you. What has been your favourite part about hosting so far?
Rebecca I appreciate your post and relate as it's really important to have Quiet hours where you are not disturbing others and self.
Hello @Peace-Stays0 lovely to hear from you again. Quiet hours must make such a difference in creating a peaceful environment. Have you found any specific quiet hours that work really well for your guests?
I added them and to be honest this has not come up as an issue so I have not paid it any mind. I live in a building that is pretty quiet during the week and might get loud on a Friday or Saturday but not every weekend unless it is summer celebration season. It's a festive community so when inquiries ask specifically about needing quiet and silence I let them know that my place is probably not the best choice for their needs. This keeps it simple and head aches low.
Thanks so much for sharing @Antoinette23 😊That's a great approach to managing expectations! It sounds like you have a good handle on balancing community vibes with your guests' needs.
How do you usually find the festive celebrations in your area? Do they bring in a lot of new guests, or is it more of a local crowd?
NO.
Thank you so much for sharing that you don't have quiet hours @Alexandros126 - is there a reason that you haven't added any?
I am free type of people.
