how can we know the booking received is for which rooms?

I am receiving bookings, but its not mentioned the booking is for which room category, how can we know that?

A Booking like IB the message on the platform subject is the Title of the booked listing.

Also your calendar view of your listings will show a confirmed reservation on the listing booked

If you mean an Inquiry that you have to decide.  The message subject will be the Title of the listing desired.  A pending request will be displayed on the calendar.

I get a text saying Congratulations x is booked with you for date-date, 2025 from Airbnb. When I click on the hyperlink it shows which listing it is for (we have 2). Or are you talking about emails from Airbnb? In the emails, it says, New booking confirmed! X arrives on date. Then if you scroll down you see the picture and title of the listing they booked for and the check in and check out dates.

You can also check your calendar for each room/listing to see which one is filled and who the guest is.
