Hi there,
I am finding it difficult to get listing on my 4 bedroom property. Is there anyway within Airbnb that I could break this property into 4 different listings that would not clash with each other bookings. In other words, I could advertise the same property as 1 bedroom ad, as 2 bedroom ad, as 3 bedroom ad and as 4 bedroom ad - the same property of 4 bedrooms. However, I want to make sure that if once makes a booking let say for 1 bedroom, then nobody who is looking for 2,3 and 4 can book this property, until the person who has booked for one leaves the property.
I need an advise whether it is doable and how to do it online at Airbnb, Please advise ****

Actually a few Hosts do this
You link the calendars of the listings together. Then if you accept a 1 bedroom rental the system automatically blocks days on other listings to prevent double booking.
Airbnb does not flag as a duplicate if different offerings per listing, In your case different bedroom counts.
Make sure you install locks to prevent access to not rented areas.
Also I know many hosts do like the 4 different options in non peak seasons but like only the 3 or 4 bedroom options during peak season.
Hi @Elada2 😊,
thank you for asking this question here!
Why are you finding it difficult?
I’m mentioning a few other hosts to see what they think about this: @Marie8425, @Nicole3634, @Oleksii28 and @Andrea6232.
Thank you in advance everyone!
I'm also sharing this link with you 👉 Listing multiple rooms.
