Printing a Comprehensive Calendar

Suggestions needed please -- I have a listing that is advertised on several OTAs.  I have been able to keep the calendars synchronized, and one OTA offered a printing function that allowed me to quickly print the calendar and send it to my housekeeper as a PDF that she could reference when scheduling cleanings.

That functionality has now disappeared from that OTA, and I am now having to resort to entering the data on an Outlook calendar BY HAND as Outlook will not print the multi-calendar overlays.

Does anyone have a PC computer solution that would allow me to import the various OTA calendars, synchronize them to one calendar and print out a single GRAPHIC month by month calendar with the booking start and end dates?

The"list of reservations" offers an export function (CSV file, to be imported in a spreadsheet)

If others also offers exporting of data, maybe the spreadsheet can combine the data ( macro ?)

You should really consider a PMS (Property Management System) for this.  It will save you time and headaches for having to manage and synchronize the schedules yourself, plus some allow you to create accounts for your staff to login and see what the cleaning schedule is.

I use one and I only manage two properties.  I got it when I only managed one.  I'm on at least six platforms.

@Ryan2352 I have the same issue as @Lorna170 . I used to subscribe to PMS but calendar is the only feature I truly need at this point and it is a lot of work to transition to a PMS just for that. Are you aware of any PMS that can provide calendar function only or pay by feature option? I used smoobu but it was full of glitches. I also found that most do not work with Vrbo and only a few offer parent./child set up

I agree 100% with having the ability to print a calendar rather than trying to figure out a complex workaround to do that.  Housekeepers, contractors, non-computer family members could all have a printed version to make scheduling and viewing easier
